We have Two different kinds of art studios to rent by the week: Private, and Semi-Private
PRIVATE STUDIOS
Yucca, Sunflower and Raven each have a locking door for privacy, and are spacious, light filled, individual studios. These studios are for artists seeking privacy and solitude while they work. These studios can be shared with one other artist for a $150 double occupancy fee per week. Two artists max per private studio.

SEMI-PRIVATE STUDIOS
Tumbleweed Spaces 1, 2, 3 & 4. Tumbleweed is our large workshop studio with a private entrance. Tumbleweed has movable walls with storage that are used to divide the large space into four, semi-private spaces. These movable walls can be arranged to customize the space as desired upon request. Tumbleweed is a great option for friends coming to work together, or artists wanting the “art school” experience of working side-by-side with other artists for inspiration, camaraderie and motivation.
Artists can rent multiple Tumbleweed studios for the same week(s) for themselves, or for friends. Tumbleweed can be rented in entirety for $1000 per week (save $200).

HOW AIR STUDIOS WORKS
Studios are rented Monday to Monday, by the week, 30 days maximum
Check-in is at 12:00 Mondays
Check-out is by 11:00 am the following Monday
Artists staying off-site have access to studios 9:00 AM -7:00 PM seven days a week
Artists staying in our casitas have 24/7 access to studios
Meals/Dining: bring your lunch and store in our fridge. Dining and grocery 2-10 minute drive.
AMENITIES AVAILABLE FOR YOU AT AIR STUDIOS WITH THIS RENTAL
Studios: All have gallery lighting, windows, ceiling fans, 6’ tables with height extenders, chairs, swamp cooling in summer
Artist Kitchen: unlimited coffee/tea/filtered water, fridge (for your packed lunch), microwave
Facilities: Lounging, meeting and dining areas inside and outside the building for gathering, eating or relaxing
Bikes: Artists can enjoy a ride on the rural winding roads around our facilities anytime during their stay. Helmets included.
OPEN STUDIOS (OPTIONAL)
What makes AIR Studios unique is our Open Studios program! Artists process their own sales, and gallery takes no commission. If Open Studios are an integral and important part of your visit with us, we recommend reserving a studio during gallery openings. The traffic is much better on opening weekends than non-opening weekends, when the traffic is unpredictable and is dependent on weather, competing events, or other factors. If you are not wanting to participate in open studios, we recommend getting a private studio so you can shut the door for hours open to the public.
