Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION 90 OR MORE DAYS FROM THE FIRST DAY OF A STUDIO RESERVATION OR WORKSHOP

Before we can refund you, we need to fill your spot for your cancelled workshop or studio reservation.

The first step is to inform us via email that you need to cancel: Jen@JenTough.gallery

We will begin looking for someone to fill your spot for the workshop or studio reservation as soon as you alert us of cancellation. We will work to fill your spot up until the workshop or studio reservation if necessary.

The process can be relatively fast (if there is an active waiting list), or can take as long as the start date of your workshop or reservation to find a replacement. We cannot guarantee how long the refund process will take.

Artists are free to find someone else to fill their spot as well. Email us with the replacing artist’s name and email and we will complete the transaction for you.

IF WE FILL YOUR SPOT: You will get a full refund (less a $100 processing fee).

IF WE CANNOT FILL YOUR SPOT: We will give you full credit for any future studio rental, workshop, art or merchandise at Jen Tough Gallery or AIR Studios Santa Fe with no time restrictions.

NOTE: There is a $100 processing fee with ALL cancelled reservations.

We offer full credit less the $100 cancellation fee towards any future workshop or residency with no time restrictions. Email us for questions or details Jen@JenTough.gallery

IF WE CANCEL THE EVENT/WORKSHOP/CLOSE FACILITIES

If we cancel the workshop or close the facilities, we will refund you in full with no processing fee.
